Vecna Medical utilizes a three tiered-support structure. Vecna Medical's Tier
1 support is available to answer telephone calls and resolve simple issues. Where
the Tier 1 representative cannot solve the issue, s/he will assess problem importance
(normal, major, critical) and complexity (minor, moderate, severe). When notified
during business hours, Vecna Medical Tier 2 personnel will respond and provide
an estimated time to resolution within one hour for critical issues, six hours
on major issues (or by 8:00am next business day), and within twenty-four hours
