The Dynamic Schedule Manager (DSM) system can maximize efficiency and time, recapturing lost revenue for your business, reducing wait times for providers and patients, and improving quality of service and customer satisfaction as well as patient safety. How does the DSM system perform such a feat on a day-to-day, even hour-by-hour basis? By reconciling incoming schedule changes with clinician and patient preferences, safety guidelines, past experience, statistical probablility and other key factors.

The unique, proprietary AI software enables the DSM system to generate new schedules that work best for all concerned. The DSM system has been designed as a free standing module that will work with various enterprise resource management systems, including Vecna's GoalMind™ ERP system. DRM has two primary components: (1) a Planner and (2) a Schedule Optimizer.

The DSM Planner optimizes long range and short range enterprise resource management and provider schedules by reclassifying and reorganizing appointment types and availability based on current and historical demand. The Planner can regenerate open schedules at any time. What's more, the Planner accommodates market demands and supports extreme circumstances such as mass casualty situations and troop deployments. The Planner allows managers to generate scenarios to improve hospital performance from resource utilization to increasing third party insurance collections.

The DRM Schedule Optimizer optimizes patient appointment selection by reducing patient waiting times. The Schedule Optimizer complements existing appointment selection systems. The Schedule Optimizer improves the patient scheduling process, and the patient's experience right along with it. Additionally, the Schedule Optimizer minimizes provider overtime based on utility cost.
