The biggest challenge in remote detection of nuclear, chemical, biological and radiological agents has been the biological component which, up to now, has been bulky, heavy and impractical for mobile systems. Vecna has developed a chemical and biological assay system which provides remote or hand-held non-contact analysis of potential hazards.
